Natural Isolate

1,8-Cineole 99.9%

Natural eucalyptol, fractionally distilled in Australia

Product Overview

1,8-Cineole (eucalyptol) is the fresh, cooling, camphoraceous molecule at the heart of eucalyptus oil. Oleinza Naturals supplies it as a high-purity natural isolate: eucalyptus-origin feedstock, recovered and purified by multi-stage fractional distillation and short-path distillation at our Coburg North, Victoria facility.

No synthesis, no chemical modification, physical separation only. Each batch is analysed by GC-FID and GC-MS before release and ships with a Certificate of Analysis.

How We Make It

1

Light-Ends Stripping

Light-ends and water stripping on a stainless short-path evaporator.

2

Fractional Distillation

Fractional distillation on a packed column under vacuum to isolate the 1,8-cineole heart cut.

3

Short-Path Polishing

Short-path polishing to remove colour bodies and heavy residues.

A commercial-scale fractionation still of Oleinza's own design is being installed.

Quality Assurance

Every Batch Tested

GC-FID and GC-MS (Shimadzu GC-2010 Plus / QP2010 Ultra) on every batch. Physical constants, residual ethanol and water tested every batch.

External Verification

Heavy metals and pesticide screen annually by an external NATA-accredited laboratory. Batch code format EUC-YYMMDD-NN.

Full Documentation

Certificate of Analysis with every shipment. Safety Data Sheet: download (PDF).
